...regarding Pentagon UFO tech warping space and time: Warping space-time would warp matter (the ship) because it's part of space-time when it's in this dimension - it's going to tear matter apart - making ET soup! And if you can make an electromagnetic shield, then you have the tech for manipulating quantum fields and again you are changing location by frequency.
ET craft shift location frequency. It's quantum field patterning that operates outside of space-time - (space-time is a location frequency below the speed of light) by changing the location frequency of craft and crew.
Matter holds "gravity" (a quantum attribute). Gravity is a location frequency or combination of electromagnetic fields. Density is the arrangement/pattern of electromagnetic fields.
Think teleportation or how subatomic particles pop in and out of space-time.
What kind of energy would it take to warp space-time vs altering the craft on a quantum level - which makes more sense?
The idea of folding space is not correct. Until science proves the UFT, we won't be using anything beyond propulsion...
