Is that so many other vegans who have not been thriving on a vegan diet have also made the conscious choice to switch back to an animal based diet due to health reasons due to hearing about my personal experience with switching to a carnivorous based diet.Which of course as many as you know resolved all of my health issues and symptoms that where induced on a vegan diet due to it not being healthy or sustainable long term.

Due to it having such a positive effect of me and many people becoming aware of this so many vegans listened to the content i have been making sharing my story around this and also my content where i am exposing the vegan diet for what it truly is and that is that it is a malnourishing diet that i would not recommend to anyone.
