Here is the video of my false arrest from yesterday at a park in Boronia. I hope Victoria Police are proud of their actions as they harrased many people in this park. Arrested yet no offense was ever alleged at any point beyond not giving my name, I would have if they told me a justified reason for that action.
Amazed how the Chief Health Officer allegedly gives them these powers, no offense was ever alleged, they never identified themselves as Authorised officers under that public health and wellbeing act 2018 they are using for these powers. http://classic.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin...

I did give my name and address after being handcuffed in the police van for about 10 minutes. They said I still needed to go to the police station, what for at this point?
I was then lied to at the police station as they stated I was warned about needing a medical certificate the week before.

This is blatantly false information as can be seen in the video from last week. Yet the police said their records showed I was given a specific warning. A blatant lie which just like all their actions recently are not acceptable behaviour by Victoria Police.

I was lied to saying I needed to give my date of birth or be kept in a cell until I did this.
Then again they lied saying I will be charged with the offense of not giving my name and will be given a penalty notice.
I said I will wait for this at the station and about 30 minutes later they said all charges are dropped and I am just given a warning. I asked what charges were dropped as none were ever even alleged, what was the warning for as again no offense was ever even alleged.
I went back to the park after being released and the police had no idea what to do then. At least they just bunched up in a little circle and stopped hassling innocent Victorians."
