This video is a capture of analog television signals by radio amateur operator, XE1FAS ( https://www.qrz.com/db/xe1fas ), in Puebla, Mexico (Grid Square EK09). XE1FAS is the call sign of Segura Walls Alejandro. He was receiving these signals from Columbian television channel 4 broadcasts on VHF, via Sporadic-E ionospheric propagation. He was using a three-element XQ Quad antenna (a type of beam antenna). That's quite the distance for a VHF television signal!
