The corruption in the case of Timothy Charles Holmseth vs Kim Picazio.. with the use of a fake court order out of Broward County, Florida. Florida Attorney Kim L. Picazio is using her position as a family court attorney, to abuse the constitutional rights of journalist/reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth. Proof of this is on the record. The Prosecuting attorney, Ronald L. Gulstad is also using his position as a contributor of abuse of constitutional rights of Timothy. There were a total of 7 different judges that tried to prosecute Timothy Holmseth, including Judge Anne Rassmusson. The proof of it is on the record. This is task force member, Randi Erickson (Tribunal Judge), who recorded this and asked the questions to the Deputy Clerks. This turned to a very confusing and corrupt court process. Just listen to corruption at the ones who should known the law of the land, but do not. DUE PROCESS in many many cases the task force found in DUE PROCESS, is not only flawed, but not done in many cases. The courts are using Maritime Law (Water Law) vs Constitutional Law (Law of the Land). Constitutional Due Process is guaranteed to the people in the Constitution to the people. The Court Deputies are not taught how due process works.. they do not understand the corruption.. 8:30 AM is not an "official opening of the court time". the official court opening in Minnesota time is 9 AM.. these fake hearings are outside of the official court records.

This is proof, the courts are operating unconstitutionally. These fake courthouses are operating on Maritime Law. the Justice Centers are "ships".. and we are in shipping wars.. that is why they have and create "dockets".. same as when you go thru the gate within a court room, you enter the Ship/Maritime Law.
When the Deputy calls "all stand" at 9 AM, do not stand if you want to be maritime law. this is proof to the court / banker (judge) that there is a challenge to the jurisdiction of what is being heard

If they do not put the jurisdiction, on the record, when challenged (which can be challenged at ANY time).. ask the judge (banker) to put this on the record. Do not proceed on any hearing until this is clarified on the record. The record is when it is recorded by the recorder in the court.
