New Purple Street Lights-- Defective or Preparation to Scan For Luciferase From "Vaccine" Clot Shot?

Are these lights popping up actually "defective" or a way to SEE who has been injected with Luciferase in the poisonous shots?

Duke Energy in Greensboro claims that it is a manufacturer’s defect, and they are footing the bill for the ‘defect.’ However, the purple ‘black light’ can also display the ‘Luciferase’ that is in the COVID-19 666 Beast Vaccines. Is this a manufacturer defect, or pre-conditioning for scanners that will scan each individual’s veins to verify and check for the ‘Blood Mark’ of Luciferase that glows using a SMART Phone?
