Turn the Other Cheek is Grossly Misunderstood

Over the past couple of days I've been posting videos about the escalation of violence and how standing up to abuse ultimately is the safer, more moral and more effective thing to do in the face of said destructive behavior. Why? because I feel that we need to highlight the behaviors we all know can either lead to our downfall or behaviors that could lead to us living a better more fulfilled life.
Today we'll go over A gross misunderstanding of one of the most popular teachings on the globe. A teaching that i think might playing a role in the passivity of modern society in the wake of the current culture war. A teaching that has allowed far too many people in society to walk around being passive cowards. Cowards who refuse to stand up to evil and destructive behavior.
So by now many of you have heard the phrase turn the other cheek, You've assumed you understood what it meant and probably consider yourself a pacifist. Well I'd say you're being somewhat misled.
