This is Part 1, here I arrive, and thank god that I got a table because this place gets really full. You know, being a Michelin-guide approved food establishment and all, that tends to happen.
They only serve three dishes in this place, that goes to show you how popular they must be that they can sustain their business like this, but also the level of expertise that they must have acquired at making this particular food-item! You will see in this video the lovely Grandma that is behind this whole operation. She is so lovely that she actually allowed me to film how they prepare this dish. Thank you so much!
Also I read that even Anthony Bourdain was at this Restaurant. So that is always a good sign.
How to get here?:
1391 Charoenkrung Rd, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 (Opp entrance of Shangri-la Hotel) is the address. The closest public transportation option is to catch the BTS (Skytrain) to the "Saphan Taksin" station. From there it is literally just 3-4 minutes by foot. It's a little bit confusing to find at first but based on this video and maybe asking some locals you cannot miss.
Cheers! If you liked this video do leave a comment and subscribe.
