The UVA is DENYING him a kidney and has removed him from the waitlist because he is not vaccinated, despite catching COVID and still managed to survive with his current low immunity.

Shamgar taking this vaccine may impose unnecessary risks — which he certainly doesn't need right now because of the huge possibility of having any type of vaccine adverse reactions.
