How to Restore Balance in Society?

First I posted a video posing the question Are women inherently evil? And I stand by my answer, NO!. No human being is inherently evil but these women are getting a way with evil behaviors, actions and decisions.
Why? Because of a dangerous and damaging system. A system that has helped lead us into a corrupted, unstable, fragile and imbalanced nation that does not appear to be sustainable long term. A system that ultimately is being controled by selfish, immature and or ignorant VOTERS who only care about what's in it for them while not contributing much to the society that they're voting in.
A system that severely screws over one group of people while blindly and very dangerously rewarding others.
So my question is what is an effective way for us to bring balance back to the system? An effective way to bring health and balance back to the country? Especially revolving around family and domestic issues.
