GOVERNMENTS ARE DROPPING NANO-PARTICLES ON TO US FROM AIRCRAFT: THE REALITY OF GEO-ENGINEERING

These operations may be being used to influence the weather during a war for the advantage of one army / airforce, possibly to induce drought and starvation, to economically-manipulate a country into reducing food production which forces more imports, or to reduce the food supply enough to contribute to social and therefore political instability in the preceding years before an election.

Geo-engineering is also an aspect of Bill Gates and Harvard's Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx). The latter experiment will spray calcium carbonate particles high above the earth to mimic the effects of volcanic ash blocking out the sun to produce a cooling effect.
