Apparently the ability to foresee what might happen from an action taken is not a skill that everyone possesses. Gasoline and matches, hairdryer in the shower, walking in the highway at night, crossing the roller coaster tracks while coasters are in operation etc., all in my book are on this level. I am not sure he would get that any of those things could be dangerous, let alone have painful or even deadly consequences. I wonder if he lost any fingers?

I am sure these well trained master craftsman came in at the lowest bid for the job. I cannot imagine that these well trained and qualified experts came at a high price. I am also quite sure the cement mixer was racist and that there may need to be restitution paid by the manufacturer who failed to put a warning on the mixer that said do not hold on the the belt while in operation. Well, maybe they did and he cannot read.
