I then decide, its time to enact my will,
Using my free will.
Focusing now on my body,
I mentally alchemically transform negativity,
Utilising mental energies, creating positivity.
With this powerful technique, one can manifest health,
And clear away blockages affecting the self.
For sure this is the advanced class of meditation,
After a while, words bring no compensation.
The deeper you go, internally,
The less that can be expressed vocally.
It gets to a point where experience is necessary,
And words are completely unnecessary.
Its interesting to ponder, how deep you can go,
Tuning into life’s, natural flow.
The power of the universe lies within,
Higher vibes now, truly built in.
After you have finished the session,
Embraced the divines eternal expression.
