There are no Article 3 Judges. the courts have ruled that whenever a Judge is working under a statute (always) that the Judge is no longer a Judge, but is a (bought and paid for) Clerk masquerading as a Judge. The courts have also ruled that (bought and paid for) Clerks masquerading as Judges cannot do anything judicial and if they attempt to do anything judicial, it is a fraud and a nullity. Therefore they are all kangaroo courts - sham legal proceedings. They are thieves and pirates and it is actually a satanic religious ceremony.
