Is The Vaccine The "Delta" Variant?

For the first sixteen months of this "pandemic" I saw nothing resembling a real pandemic here where I am, however, now I'm seeing what appears to be an actual virus.

But now we have millions of people who have tested positive during the previous months who should now have natural immunity and also millions here in the U.S. who have taken the "vaccine" so why are we seeing more sickness and what looks to be a real virus now?

It doesn't make any sense... unless, the "vaccine" is what's causing it by giving it a perfect vector to mutate in the "vaccinated" or shedding of the spike protein after "vaccination"?
