The Black state and what it is not.

The Black state is not the Dark state, nor the Deep State. What Black is not is a part of the Deep State. The Black state is more hidden/unknown/questioned than the Deep State.
The Deep State is those behind the political government (the unseen); those not voted in but often career or lifelong employed persons.
The Dark state are Luciferian in nature; secret societies: Skull & Bones university types.
Central Banks are Luciferian-like due to their usury---debt-creation out of nothing... only a promise to pay---often with the military or mercenary forces to back it up when not paid... Mafia or gang-like!
One man's freedom fighter is another's terrorist.
The Black state can be in opposition to the New World Order.
The Black state can be the underground economy; also has been like Area 51 at one time.
Area 51 has gone thru a number of incarnations [states] over time. Today's Area 51 is not what is once was. There are other "Area[s]" like Area 52, etc. There are also secret areas that are not at all affiliated with the Black state... Such as our Forefather's UFO hidden bases---in a sense competitors.
