Temptations may come, but it's over as soon as you realize you have the issue. A man asks about physical addictions and withdrawals. Don't identify with the bodily pain — thinking it's you, and become depressed. Neither the bodily suffering nor the ego pain is you — it's not you, not your true self. Doubt the lie so that you can believe back into the truth. Your issues and "sins" are not "who you are."
