The UN demands gender quotas

The United Nations demands that the UK brings women to the fight in Mali. The UK cannot select their best warriors themselves, no, they have to adhere to some gender quota. But considering there are other countries that contribute to the UN forces, do you seriously think countries like Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Egypt and Chad?
