This was discovered by GTA_Phreak at GTA Forums.
Here are his instructions:
1. Recruit enough homies to fill all seats of the selected vehicle
2. Drive, taxi or land the vehicle into a girlfriend marker to initiate a date.
3. Starting the date will dissolve the gang, but the homies won't get out before the girlfriend enters (which she can't if all seats are taken).
4. Take off, leaving the girlfriend behind. The date will fail.
5. When CJ next leaves the vehicle one of the homies will take over the vehicle.
