People have been lead to believe anywhere they go in a car, truck, van or on a motorcycle for any reason is "driving". NO IT'S NOT! The Legislature has NOT provided a definition of the word "driving" in the Vehicle Code, at least here in California. Look through yours and see if there's a definition. If not WHY NOT? How come the LAW MAKERS don't provide the definition of the very word the Driver License permits? Can you say FRAUD?! Can you say SCAM?!

And NO, I don't have a Driver License ANY MORE nor do I register my rides. I haven't has a DL nor registered my rides in over 20 YEARS and it's LEGIT! I KNOW THE LAW AND WHAT THE DMV REGULATES AND THE CONDUCT THE VEHICLE CODE APPLIES TO! USE THE LAW LIBRARY YOU PAY FOR AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!
