What the hell New York

During bright day light a group of 15 to twenty thugs attack and rob a 15 year old girl in New York. This is not me trying to make it a black vs white thing, I really do not think it is, I think the victim is a black girl. This is a failing society thing. Not a lot of people are helping the young girl yet you see kids running to take part in the attack from rather some distance. And then Ne York is telling us guns are the problem?
