The text gives the Commission the authority to enter property near the Metro Rail System of the DC, Virginia and Maryland area. “without limitation” and without a warrant, for the purpose of “making inspections, investigations, examinations, and testing.”

This clearly goes against the Fourth Amendment, which states that Americans’ rights “to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause.”

The clear danger behind this newly signed bill is that it will set precedent to be rolled out on a national level, and this is exactly what it is intended for !!!

Even after he says on film that he'd be willing or Rather take guns and worry about due precess later .. Clearly willing to shred two rights in one swoop .. the 2nd and 5th amendments .. You tell me if in fact Trump will try to accomplish what Obama didn't?
