Merciless Cinema Presents: Episode 2 Porklips Now 360

Well like everything I do, this bit is esoteric and more than a bit bizarre. Really only people from Generation X are familiar with this director as, for some odd reason, he was quite popular with people of our age in the late 70s and early 80s. The same era that spawned shows like In Search Of and Faces Of Death, albeit this piece is a great deal less bloody and far less Nimoy.

Plot: Spoof of Apocalypse Now has health inspector Will Dullard traveling "uptown" with a team of ruthless street bums to deal with a certain man by the name of Mertz. The owner of a meat processing shop whose prices have unnerved the elite of the business. So low that no sane individual would have them is the thought. So before those prices inflict major damage to industry, Willard is ordered to "Investigate with Extreme Predjudice". Willard braves the insanity of Chinatown to complete his mission and to "You Know....."

A staple of B-Movie connoisseurs of the 70s and 80s this Ernie Fosselius parody of Apocalypse Now is a classic of rare cinema. I must see for anyone who love the twisted and bizarre.
