Kevin J. Johnston Has A Stalker - Who Took This Picture in The Elevator and WHY?

To the cray HEATHER (Karen) who threatened our good friend MISTY WIND!

Dear Heather,

This letter is to inform you that you are now in violation of the law. I visited a good friend of mine named MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE along with three of my good friends.

You took photographs of us while we were in the elevator and then proceeded to threaten MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE
with a fine should she do this again. You have NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO.

I contacted you via telephone today and you deliberately hung up on me, citing your policies that you wanted me to be clear on, and perhaps abide by. I will not.

Let me be clear with you. Your internal policies pertain only to you and your staff, not to anybody who rents from you and not anybody who visits a renter nor any owner of a condominium within your building(s).

A policy is something that cannot be backed by any branch of law because you are not the law and nor is Gateway Property Management. You MUST run your business within the confines of the law, or be arrested and charged.

So far, you're guilty of the crime of intimidation. Section 423 of the criminal code states that you can serve up to five years for intimidating anybody who lives in the building.

You have in the past, harassed MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE and you continue to criminally harass MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE
which is a violation of section 264 of the criminal code. You could face up to 10 years in prison upon conviction for that.

I'm also aware of the fact that you have committed the act of extortion. You threatened MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE with fines if she does not do what you say. Section 346 of the criminal code makes it very clear that you will do five years in jail for your first offense upon conviction. Honestly, who the hell do you think you are? You have NO RIGHT to issue fines to anyone.

I'm sure by now you have looked up my name and I'm sure that you made a couple of phone calls regarding the voice mail I left for you, and I am sure that you’ve now drawn the conclusion that I am the next mayor of Calgary. People like you will be dealt with harshly when I am in a position to do so, unless you clean up your act.

I would encourage you to pay attention to the following words:

You are to immediately cease and desist all contact with MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE until such times as she vacates the property based on a decision that she makes on her own, without your influence.

You're not to contact MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE via Email, telephone, in-person visits or through third parties using any medium whatsoever, unless it is through your corporate lawyer. Should you do so, I will be assisting MISTY WIND SHINGOOSE in filing the appropriate police report against you for all of the criminal charges listed above and we'll be bringing a very large legal action against your corporation and you personally.

There is not a single law in the Dominion of Canada that says that any human being must wear a mask. There are merely suggestions brought forward by various branches of government, none of which are enforceable in any way. Please do not make the mistake of thinking that you are above the law, I will prove to you that you're not.
