I believe based on mass observation of car license plates, US govts. under globalist/UN/deep state direction, are de facto(regional covert lockdowns) RESTRICTING Americans travel and migration from east of the mississippi river to the western region. This is while they allow millions of hostile illegals into the western border states. This globalist strategy is intended to hasten the breakup of the USA as an independent nation state and help China/Iran win a future conventional land war with the USA.

I am researching this further. If you're a US resident east of the Mississippi river and have had unusual problems(police closing major freeways for long periods, suspicious reasons)driving to the western and southwestern USA let me know details by email or posting your experiences here.
