Which country has the loosest pot laws…so loose they don’t exist! Who is it? Today on Lex’s World we talk about where weed has its most legal status. Sure, countries like Portugal and Netherlands come to mind…but they have no free-for-all policy. Same with some states in the United States that have “legalized”. Even places like Bangladesh or Uruguay won’t tolerate you selling, growing AND possession. Surprisingly the winner of the competition is North Korea.
