What is in my refridgerator and some commentary on how to maintain a healthy refridgerator.

So my refrigerator and me are about as tight as a man and a refrigerator can be. Without my wonderful fridge I got on craigslist I wouldn't be able to never get sick again for the rest of my life. Which is fairly easy to do when you understand the dynamics of the 90 essential nutrients. Once you understand and implement the 90 essential nutrients into your life the only thing left to not getting sick anymore is to no longer eat poison. As you will see from watching this video I do not eat any poison. Whereas the average person eats nothing but poison. All you got to do is pop their refrigerator open to prove it.

I often make this joke that if I were to have people over to socialize I have nothing to feed them. I never will. Unless they just want some fruit or vegetables. I could cook them up some meat but even thats gonna take some time to either warm up or cook. Luckily for me I really have no desire to entertain guests who are not a beautiful female looking for a husband. And truthfully I won't accept a woman as a wife who doesn't eat with a similar goal in mind to me. The main issue in play is I'm gonna age much more gracefully than you because I know how to disrupt what is deemed by a mentally sick society to be the normal aging process. So if I get involved with a woman and I know she's going to age much more quickly than I will it's not gonna work. And thats going to happen if you don't get with the program of what food is and is not poison. Also I am not going to be the father of any flipper children.

Last point I would like to highlight is I'm not sure right now. I think I'll finish writing this later.
