Graham set up Chantelle’s Restaurant in Papakura and for the past 20 years has been running Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Catering. Phillip Corse-Scott has been with the company from the start after finishing his professional chef training at Kermadec Ocean Fresh Restaurant in Auckland’s waterfront, he was the Sous Chef at Pinetress Lodge on Lord Howe Island and also worked at Ravesi’s Restaurant in the heart of Bondi Beach. Shelley Corse-Scott joined the team in 2014 bringing her ‘Manager of First Impressions’ experience with her. She will make organising your event easy and stress free.
