After having a compendium of meals, all totally different, I decided that it would be a good idea to walk a little bit around the city. So I just jumped into a MRT and rode it until the "Silom" Station, which leaves you (depending on the exit you take) right at the entrance of Lumphini Park. It was night-time and Lumphini Park closes at night-time. So I just kept walking randomly, I believe the idea was to go to "Central World" shopping mall (which also closes at 10 pm) a really nice and vast complex. The thing is that I'm positive you're not allowed (at least on paper) to record in there, you need to discover that place by yourself, as I said, it is really nice and I'm not a shopper kind of person.
But just to show how much I am not a shopper kind of person, I walked into a 7/11 LOL! No, really, I just went in there for a bottle of water. I mean, 7/11's in Thailand are kinda cool and really convenient (also if you want to pay with Card) but that was my main purpose. I DO give them praise because they provide a nice space for recharging your batteries and are always moderately clean and have helpful staff. By the way, there are different tiers of 7/11 within Bangkok, there are really small and simple ones, and then there's the more "refined" ones (with the black-and-silver logo) where you can make yourself, and comfortably eat a cup of noodles, drink a Slurpee or eat a Japanese Sandwich.
