Committee member, Pat Roberts, interviews Lee Hamilton and William Odom (National Security Council, Director) in regards to an exercise called "Crimson Sky" which was a program which simulated a bio-chemical attack (smallpox) against the American populace. The program was run by the CDC, but many agencies were involved (FBI, State Dept.). Resolution 400 was another point of contention by Roberts, which had 46 federal agencies, Roberts asserted there should be one joint Committee. (10-3-2002)
