Christopher C. Horner is a former senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. An attorney in Washington, D.C., Horner has represented CEI, scientists, and members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate on matters of environmental policy at the federal court level and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Horner is the author of four books including two best-sellers: “Red Hot Lies: How Global Warming Alarmists Use Threats, Fraud and Deception to Keep You Misinformed” (2008); and “The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming and Environmentalism” (2007), which spent six months on The New York Times best sellers list.
