Police State Powers In A Global Tax Bill?

This is legislation passed in Alberta Canada in 2016. Just because it's in Canada doesnt mean it's not going to be in America. This is by and for the globalists and their agenda, and no country is exempt. So you can be certain legislation is most likely already in the books in America. This Bill discusses officers searching peoples property without needing warrants. What are they looking for? Specifically, it says fuel. They want to confiscate fuel but this could also be a reason to be looking for other things and claiming its fuel. Either way, why would they need to get fuel so badly? And if your caught with fuel, it's going to be illegal to have? Does this mean the plan is for us not to have vehicles or being able to heat our homes and does it mean we won't even have electricity? Remember what they say, you will have nothing, you will own nothing. And you will be happy. Those are not words from somebody who loves you but someone who wants to conquer you.
