How to Make Corned Beef & Pastrami at Home, Part 2

In this video, I remove the corned beef from the brine and clean it of the pickling spice which has stuck to the outer surface. This is corned beef in its raw form from which many other recipes can be made and now at the junction point for three videos I intend to make using the corned beef as a main ingredient in the near future.
