Common law is the fundamental law of do no harm. The common law is declared by a sovereign. One of three jurisdictions, it represents the land. On the basis of property, rights, and equity. Arguments, affidavits, and claims, are written on paper, published waiting for peer review, contest, or objection for in most states 21 days. Then the document is recorded. A court of record is a document in common law, not a building. Common Law procedure can only be used in statutory courts when notice of special appearance is filed with the clerk. Moreover the documents of the court of record must be complete with proof of service via registered mail, non-rebuttal judgement, publishing, and recording proofs via notary republic. Then the plaintiff, claimant, counter claimant, should have proper status as a State National on file with the secretary of state of the United States. Prove intent, competency, and fiduciary, solvency.
I feel that this man has led people down a rabbit hole and was not too helpful in delivering justice because it is a limited discussion and not based on the fact that courts today to do not judge on the facts. Courts are operating today on the basis of assumption, presumption and hearsay. To overcome this BAR association monopoly, a seeker of justice must have:
Standing, Status, and an express trust in hand.
To have standing you need your status to be not a citizen, you should be a State National.
To have Status you must claim it in common law court of record.
Express trust can be kept private, and at minimum a notice of trust be recorded with a county clerk
Three jurisdictions are:
Land, common law, supreme law= property, unalienable rights, equity.
Air, Trust law, Canon law, Superior law = constitutions, treaties, trusts, providing for the future estate, wills for the benefit of airs.
Water, Maritime = contracts, corporate charters, navigation right of way, statutes, ordnance, corporate bylaws.
County, State, Nation are venue.
