98fm fail to discredit Cllr Brian Murphy over tweet about migrants and rape (Ireland)
98FM put out a tweet today saying they were to discuss a tweet posted by Cllr Brian Murphy "in which he appears to suggest that there will be more attacks on women if we continue to allow asylum seekers into the country."

Cllr Murphy made no reference to asylum seekers in this tweet. Referring to a recent news story about the rape by three foreign men of a Kildare woman, he shared his opinion that Ireland was going to become less and less safe for women in the years ahead, "as Irish politicians are determined to import huge amounts of people from violent 3rd world cultures."

98fm's first caller on the show, an Afghan who had been living in Ireland for ten years, admitted that there was a problem with rape in Afghanistan but he still insisted Murphy was wrong to make the remark.

In recent times, even Sweden which has attempted to hide statistics on migrants and crime in the past has admitted that there is a a huge problem with migrants and rape.

It was recently revealed that:

In Sweden, 95,6% of all assault rapes are committed by people of non-European descent.
90% of all gang rapes are committed by people of non-European descent.
85% of all gang rapes against men are committed by Afghans.
