Turns out that wasn't the reason. RFK Jr. was evidently unaware of two meetings Trump had with Bill Gates at the White House - one in 2016 and another in 2017 - in the latter of which Trump asked Gates about his vax commission idea. Gates says he replied, ""No, that's a dead end. That would be a bad thing. Don't do that."

And, we know the result. Trump complied. RFK Jr. out, Bill Gates, Jared Kushner and Operation Warp Speed - which forced the FDA to approve the COVID "vaccines" under EUA 5 years before otherwise possible - went full speed ahead.
