The Queensland State Labor party lead government is rushing through legislation that will attempt to sequester land from farmers where it is deemed to have been cleared. Apart from the infringement of land rights of any seizures, what they define as "clearing" is ridiculously low, like clearing weeds, or a fire passes through an area of your property, could be taken. The agenda is to remove farming practices to meet a international Carbon Interaction Tax.
