This vehicle is being driven by 2 police officers, either AFP or ACT Police. They are leaving Camp Epic, where the Freedom protestors had base camp last weekend in Canberra. On top of the vehicle is what appears to be either a LRAD or ARD device. These are relatively new to Australia and are used to send sonic waves at protestors, either burning the skin or affecting thought through sound. IE foggy head, headache. The devices were seen the following day on the stops of Parliament House aimed at Freedom Protestors. Numerous people have reported severe skins burns and headaches. Senators Roberts, Antic and Rennick have been pursuing who authorised the deployment of these weapons.
