The East German Stasi created these tactics as part of the 'Zersetzung' Program and used them on 'dissidents' in the DDR. This one was called 'drängen', which means 'to crowd someone'. This swarming tactic is now used everywhere in the West, as seen in the video. These people receive notifications on an app that identifies the target and steers them to his location. It is unnerving and disturbing, which is the point. The game is to remain under control and not lash out at the tormentors- they are not a source of physical danger as they are not allowed to harm the target. There are rules and these creatures must follow them- in this way they are like demons. :D If the target loses his nerve and attacks them, he will be arrested and incarcerated. That is a certainty. Why do they do it? Money, gift certificates, sentence reduction...who knows? They have no soul or moral compass. Soon most people will be receiving UBI, so there will be armies of spiritually underdeveloped people and evil creatures to recruit! At this point in time these people could even have implants and/or be remotely controlled somehow through frequencies- nothing is out of the question in 2021
