A another nice solid entry from Americas Oldest Family brewery. The lager runs 4.3 ABV the IBUs are less than 10 as expected for a lager and the rich copper color is an easy 18 SRM. The roasted caramel malts give it a sweet note on the nose, the cascade and crystal hops balance that out for an eminently quaffable lager. This is an all day in the pool kind of adult cooler brew.
