ABC News Tries To Spin Trump Considering National Emergency For Wall To Change It's Context

Leave it to a Legacy Media outlet to try to spin the President stating he is considering declaring a national emergency to build the wall into he is considering it to secure some funding for it. Then on top of this, they also found some supposed expert to state Trump does not have the power to declare a national emergency and allocate funds for it or to build it. Yet, their own expert said he could and they waited till the end of the article to admit it.
