This is exacerbated by inactivity and becoming soft, lazy and compliant with reduced efforts in our general health & wellness and embracing a much more comfortable lifestyle that does not challenge, stimulate or encourage us to step out of aforementioned 'comfort zones',
Tragically this lends itself to accelerated decline in our mental, physical and spiritual health & wellness when the fact of the matter is all we need to do is make a modicum of an effort to reap the multitude of rewards and benefits that living a healthy active lifestyle brings.
