You want more bread? You get more breads! Bread dough is quite tedious for me. Hahaha ... So, I like to make a larger amount of dough and bake different flavors. This dough is soft and chewy. The apple roll is a tiny bit softer because of the fresh apple. Plus it is sweeter as well. But the cranberry rolls are very good with cranberries in every bite!

One Dough Two Breads | Cranberry & Apple Cinnamon Rolls | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
Dough Base
• 3 cups (405g) BREAD FLOUR
• 2 tsp (8g) INSTANT YEAST
• 1 tsp (5g) SALT
• 1/2 cup (125ml/155g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
• 1 cup (250ml) ALMOND MILK
Cranberry Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp (30g) VEGAN BUTTER/MARGARINE
• 2 tsp (4g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 cup (65g) DRIED CRANBERRIES
Apple Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp (40g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK (1 tbsp for less sweet)
• 2 tsp (4g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1 small SLICED APPLE (peeled)
Butter Wash
• 4 tbsp (60g) MELTED VEGAN BUTTER/MARGARINE (divided if doing 2 separate bake)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Add flour into a large mixing bowl then place the instant yeast on one side of the bowl and the salt on another side. Do not dump them on top of each other. Now mix the salt into the flour then the yeast into the flour. Then mix everything together
2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and the fresh milk. Fold until a dough forms
3. Dust some flour on a flat surface and knead the dough for 4-5 minutes; dusting on more flour as needed (no more than 1/4 cup)
4. *** IMPORTANT*** If you plan to bake in the oven, proceed. If you plan to bake in a rice cooker, divide the dough in half and store one half in a tightly sealed bag or container in the refrigerator until your first batch is on the second bake
5. Place dough into lightly grease bowl and cover tightly to proof for 60 minutes
6. Dust a flat surface and deflate dough by folding inward. I am dividing my dough in half because I will bake in two separate rice cooker at the same time
7. Rolled the dough into a rectangular shape and spread the vegan butter or condensed milk on
8. Sprinkle on ground cinnamon and cranberries or apple slices
9. Start rolling from the long side and rolled into a log. Seal the edges and ends plus stretching longer if possible. Cut or shape into whatever you like
10. Line pot/pan with baking paper, place dough in. Cover and proof for another 30 minutes. Proof on WARM with the rice cooker. After 30 minutes, brush on melted butter or margarine
11. Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min). Rice cooker varies so bak
