using a full auto conversion optimized ar15 with chrome line barrel it stoped working in 2
minutes after less than 500 rounds or 250 rounds per minute or 4 rounds per second MAX

yes technically it "can be" driven at 10 rounds per second , on a bench , in a lab for 15 seconds
maybe , getting it wrong on a practical level is not acceptable if you are the one writing a laws
