An Intro To Heel Hooks - Leg Locks Explored

Coach Paris gives me my first lesson on heel hooks. I've never done a heel hook before, so this was my first dip ever! Let's explore the intricacies of the move and see two ways to get into heel hook position-single leg x (aka Ashi Garami) and Honey hole (aka 411). Hope you enjoy this leg lock lesson. For those of you who do no-gi jiu jitsu, this is probably a review, but for everyone else who knows nothing about leg locks and stuff, hope this is a good intro.
