Know Your Rights - Constitutional 'Operator'
Man gets off on a speeding ticket, driving without car insurance, and without having a driver's license. It's all about the constitution. Learn it. View this common law pdf.
The key here is do not say you are “driving” or an “operator”.
You can also say “I don’t answer questions” Because you are not obligated too.
Do not give them anything, the moment you give them your ID or another
document you have just created a mutual contract.
Contracts can only be enforced when both parties consent. And since the officer
just pulled you over without your consent you can begin a contract with them for
your time. Let them know that because of this time they are taking unlawfully
that you charge $200 an hour for your time and the time starts right now. The
officer started the contract the moment they pulled you over. If they choose to
keep you there after you told them the amount you charge then they have
verbally accepted your contract.
Tell them they will be personally held accountable to pay this fee you charge.
