I developed this recipe myself, adding cilantro for color and also for a heavy metal detox. The cilantro will draw heavy metals out from the body, and the apple pectin and pulp will trap it, and the body will be able to safely remove them.

6-8 small-medium apples, any variety or color
3-4 stems of celery
handful or walnuts (1/4 cup)
handful of golden raisins (1/4 cup)
small bunch of cilantro
2 mandarin oranges or 1 orange (or 1/4 cup of orange juice)
1/4 cup of sunflower oil or desired oil
2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
