Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient cultivation way for improving your mind and body. The physical aspect of the practice involves five easy-to-learn exercises, including meditation. These are highly effective ways to improve health and destress. In cultivating the mind, practitioners study spiritual teachings that guide their daily lives based on the values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Falun Dafa teaches these three principles are the fundamental qualities of the universe and that by assimilating to them, a person can elevate his or her physical health as well as wisdom.
The practice of Falun Dafa applies emphasizes improving your heart and mind nature by adopting the three principles in one’s life and trying to follow them in all situations. When a person does this with dedication and determination, the results are quite powerful.
