When you view ay latest aircraft, take note of the thickness of the Wings and the capacity it could carry, if it was used for volatile fuel. Compare it to 23,000-liter fuel truck tanks placed side by side in or on top of the wings.
Look at the engineering drawings of the wings and then ask yourselves if it is possible to carry such fuel in those thin wings built for speed.
Yes you get readings of fuel used, while it is only for the engine in the rear of the plane tail used for electronics and compressed oil systems of the landing gear and flaps.
The amount of fuel used for the original jet engine in the rear is carried in the belly, and sometimes in small wing compartments nearer the body of the aircraft.
Take note that it is General Electric Engines. Could it be Compressed air used to start and generate
power as in own energy production like wind generators? Well, you are the engineers and will have to explain what you know and not what you were told to say or not say in fear of losing your jobs.
