Transgender Female Fighters Doing Muay Thai - Let's Examine

Would you go into the ring against a male that has transitioned into being a female? Let's examine some clips that WWITim sent and see what potentially your opponent would do to you. This is such a fascinating study in culture and biology. In Thailand, Kathoey is apparently the term they give to guys who identity as female (or really effeminate guys). It's like a third gender. So it's a little different than the Conservative West's gender binary ;) Leave a comment and let us know what you're comfortable with. Should women be allowed to fight in the ring with men if the women identity as male? Should males be allowed to fight other males in the ring if the male identifies as female? Should a male be allowed to fight females in the ring if he/she identifies as female? Very interesting questions for us to consider.
